UKTL welcomes Mayor Richard Parker for strategic MoU signing to drive regional innovation
The UK Telecoms Lab (UKTL) hosted Mayor Richard Parker for the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) and the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
